This week Complete PC visited several of our small business clients around Melbourne to help them with their various IT needs. Some of the jobs included are as follows:
Tuesday 10th February: Our Managed IT Services client a Florist in South Yarra, requested on-site IT support to resolve staff member Office 365 issue.
Wednesday 11th February: Our Managed IT Services client a Architect firm on St Kilda Road, Melbourne, had the Monthly On-site Preventative Maintenance Visit. This preventative maintenance visit ensures that foreseeable IT issues are dealt with before they have an impact on the business.
Thursday 12th February: Our Managed IT Services client a Finance Services firm in Keilor, requested on-site IT support to migrate staff member contacts into Microsoft Office 365.
Friday 13th February: Our On Demand IT Support client a Finance Services firm in South Melbourne, required us to assess a staff member’s PC which wasn’t power on. As the PC was out of warranty the client decided to purchase a new PC, which we ordered and setup within 2 business days.
