Frank has been part of Complete PC Solutions for more than 23 years and currently serves as Acting CEO and co-owner. With two decades of leadership experience, he’s built the business around genuine customer service, reliability, and helping organisations run more efficiently.

As a business owner himself, Frank understands the real-world pressures facing small and medium businesses. He works closely with clients to streamline operations, reduce downtime, and ensure technology genuinely supports growth.

He holds multiple Microsoft certifications, along with a Bachelor of Computing and a Bachelor of Business (Accounting).

Daniel has been with Complete PC Solutions for over 20 years and has served as Technical Director since 2010. Starting as a Systems Administrator, he built his expertise from the ground up before moving into consulting and project delivery, designing and implementing IT solutions for small and medium businesses.

Now as Technical Director and co-owner, Daniel leads the technical team, ensuring every client receives reliable, forward-thinking support. His mix of hands-on experience and strategic oversight allows him to design systems that are secure, scalable, and aligned with business outcomes.

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Information Systems & Management and is a certified Microsoft Professional.

Raul is a Senior IT Technician at Complete PC Solutions, helping businesses stay secure, connected, and productive through reliable IT support and technology solutions. With over 17 years of industry experience, he provides expertise across managed IT services, Microsoft 365, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, website hosting, and business technology systems.

Raul holds a Bachelor of Information Technology, Computer Science and Software Engineering, a Diploma in IT Networking, and industry certifications including Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), and CompTIA A+.

He enjoys working closely with clients to solve technology challenges, strengthen security, and implement practical solutions that support business growth and long-term success. Known for his approachable nature, strong problem-solving skills, and commitment to exceptional customer service, Raul takes pride in building trusted relationships and delivering dependable support that clients can rely on.

Faraz is a Level 2 Technician at Complete PC Solutions, providing support across Microsoft 365, cloud services, cybersecurity, and business IT systems. He works closely with clients to resolve technical issues, implement solutions, and ensure their technology remains secure, reliable, and efficient.

Faraz holds Microsoft certifications as an Azure Security Engineer Associate and Identity and Access Administrator Associate, demonstrating his expertise in cloud security, identity management, and modern Microsoft technologies. Known for his proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills, he is committed to delivering practical IT solutions that help businesses stay productive and protected.

Greisy is a qualified Accountant with over four years of experience in accounting, administration, and business support across the finance, transport, logistics, and service industries. Throughout her professional career, she has developed strong expertise in accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, account reconciliation, financial reporting, and day-to-day business operations. With experience using systems such as MYOB, Xero, and Microsoft Dynamics 365, Greisy brings a detail-oriented, organised, and proactive approach to her work.
